Hi, I'm Thomas Vacanti, the Organizational Development & Training Manager at Gun Lake Casino! One key role I play in the organization is overseeing the Tribal Development Program.

The Tribal Development Program (TDP) has three main focuses: Professional Development, Cultural Engagement, and Personal Improvement and Well-Being. With each of these focuses, we hope to assist our Tribal Team Members in achieving their goals and aspirations, in whatever shape or size suits them. Therefore, this is a perfect time for our Team Members to come together to improve our health and assist others with this fundraiser. Camp Liberty is a great cause, and with your help, we can make Gun Lake Tribe's goal of $1,000 achievable!

Camp Liberty provides programs for U.S. military service members, veterans, and their families who struggle with post-traumatic stress, traumatic brain injuries, and mobility disabilities. This event is a collaboration between the Gun Lake Tribe Health and Human Services and Public Safety in an effort to raise awareness for mental health and the positive effects that physical activity contributes to mental health.
